INTEREST RATES, AMORTIZATION, GUARANTEE FEE, ANNUAL CHARGE, AND FIXED PERIOD. 

Exhibit B is partially revised to update various program rates and the Treasury Judgement Rate effective March 1, 2014.

Exhibit K is revised to update the annual guarantee fee for the initial loan or refinance of existing section 502 Guaranteed loan or Direct loan transactions.  The annual fee for all section 502 Guaranteed loan transactions is updated to reflect the most current rate, effective 10/01/2014.  Furthermore, the Agency will be accessing a late charge to the lender if the annual fee is not paid by the due date.

(WSAL)                                Handbook is partially revised.  Specific
                                      revisions include:

Chapter 3:

Attachment 3-F, to reflect the Fiscal Year 2015 Management Fee.  The Fiscal Year 2014 management fee is increased by the 2014 Operating Cost Adjustment Factor (OCAF) for each state.  These fees will be used for the Fiscal Year 2015 budget cycle beginning January 1, 2015.
