Catrina Southall
Acting State Director of Florida
Catrina Southall serves as the Deputy State Director for USDA Rural Development, covering Florida and the U.S. Virgin Islands. With 22 years of dedicated service, Catrina began her career as a summer intern, progressing through roles such as Area Specialist, Area Director, and National Office Equal Opportunity Specialist. With that, for the past two years, Catrina has been instrumental in her current role as Deputy Director, working to foster and develop rural communities.
Catrina Southall received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration, along with her Certification in Nonprofit Management from the University of South Dakota. She is married to Mark Southall, and they have two children. Catrina is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is an avid bowler.
