State Director of Wisconsin
Frank Frassetto was appointed by the Trump Administration to serve as the State Director of USDA Rural Development in Wisconsin.
Prior to his appointment, he worked in numerous policy roles in state government and was most recently an administrator at the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. Combined, Frank has over 30 years of public sector experience at the local, state and federal level. He previously served as the Wisconsin State Director at USDA Rural Development from 2001 to 2009.
This leadership experience will be useful in overseeing USDA Rural Development programs in a customer-focused manner and work closely with stakeholders and local, state and federal partners to increase prosperity in rural Wisconsin.
Frassetto lives in the Town of Black Wolf in southern Winnebago County and has been Town Chairman for over 20 years.
