Paul Fletcher
Acting State Director of Indiana
Paul Fletcher serves as the Acting State Director for USDA Rural Development Indiana, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to the role. With a distinguished 30-year career in the US Navy as a Seabee Chief Petty Officer and working for the National Cemetery Administration he adeptly managed contracts, IT, and safety initiatives across 12 states and 47 cemeteries in the Midwest District. Furthermore, he possesses over two decades of experience in the private sector as a project manager and estimator, specializing in commercial windows installation.
Educationally, Paul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Building Construction Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Purdue University. His academic achievements have equipped him with a solid foundation for his professional endeavors.
Outside of his professional commitments, Paul enjoys pursuing leisure activities such as golfing and tournament fishing. Committed to his family, he resides with his three children in his cherished family home.
