The Monroe County Housing Coalition in partnership with USDA Rural Development, Couleecap and Wisconsin Housing & Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) will host an informational seminar for real estate agents and lenders on programs that are available for homebuyers on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at Farmers and Merchants Bank from 9:30am till 11:30am.
Please join us to learn more about downpayment assistance programs and very low to moderate income home loan options for your homebuyers. Equip your toolbox to ensure you have the knowledge to inform buyers of options that are available to them for affordable homeownership.
USDA Rural Development provides a variety of loan and grant programs to meet the needs of rural families. Financial assistance is provided through direct or guaranteed loans and grants.
