Tiffany Russell Joins USDA Rural Development

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development South Dakota Acting State Director Bruce Jones recently announced that Tiffany Russell has joined the South Dakota USDA Rural Development team as the Civil Rights Manager and will be stationed in the Huron State Office. 

“Russell brings a wealth of experience to the Agency and it will be advantageous to her as she assists with carrying out our mission to bring economic opportunity and enhanced quality of life to rural communities and residents,” said Jones. 

Russell’s previous experience included working for the Department of Health and Human Services for the past 14 years and she studied business and biology at both Northern State University and Presentation College. 

“I am absolutely thrilled to be given this opportunity and look forward to working with internal and external customers of the agency,” said Russell.

Russell is looking forward to making a home in Estelline, SD with her two young children, and will commute back and forth to Huron.  In her free time, she enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
