U.S. Dept. of Agriculture Rural Development Acting State Director for Michigan Jason Church today announced the top ten Rural Guaranteed Home Loan lenders in Michigan as part of National Homeownership Month.
“Homeownership is an essential element in building strong communities,” Church said. “These lenders have partnered with USDA Rural Development so more Michiganders can experience the American Dream of homeownership.”
During the past year, USDA Rural Development helped 5,550 rural Michigan families purchase homes through the program. The top ten partner lenders for FY 2016 are:
