USDA Rural Development Nevada is today releasing a success story regarding an investment awarded to the Mt. Rose Bowl Property Owners Water Company, Inc. to construct a new water tank. The previous water tank was over 50 years old and, between May and October of 2023, was exposed to foreign elements, leading the Mt. Rose Bowl subdivision using the water tank to have a mandated boil order.
