USDA Rural Development will hold a training to provide program updates on the Guaranteed Rural Housing Program to local lenders in the area.
Rural Development provides a variety of loan and grant programs to meet the needs of rural families throughout Wisconsin. Some families want to build a new home, purchase an existing home or repair their current homes. Financial assistance is provided through direct or guaranteed loans and grants.
To accomplish its mission, USDA Rural Development often works in partnership with state, local and tribal governments, as well as rural businesses, cooperatives and non-profit agencies. Please join us for this lender training to learn more about USDA programs and discuss potential partnership opportunities. This event is free to existing, new and potential lenders.
