USDA Rural Development State Director Maxine Moul today presented a plaque to Robin Christen, Anselmo Village Clerk, for her excellence in performance.

“It is a great pleasure to meet the clerk who helped her village complete a $881,000 water project.  Thank you for your dedicated service,” said Moul.

The Kearney Area Nebraska USDA staff nominated Robin for the award “because she is always very responsive to requests for information and documentation, at times even anticipating what was going to be needed before the staff asked for it.  She is helpful to her neighboring communities with questions they have about their systems.  Her friendly, positive attitude along with her motivation will help ensure that Anselmo is sustainable for future citizens,” said Kearney Community Programs Specialists Bert Mues and Cheryl Neverve.
