Rural Development staff will present information on federal programs that are available to Panhandle residents, communities and non-profits at the Lied Scottsbluff Public Library in the Fliesbach Community Room on Saturday, April 9th from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. and on Wednesday, April 13th from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m.  Emphasis will be on 100 percent financing loans available to purchase homes and also on repair loans for existing home-owners.
