USDA Rural Development announces the funding of $415,000 to Otoe County Rural Water District #3 to locate a site for a new well.
“Rural Development funds will be used to drill test holes to locate a site for a new well for Otoe County RWD #3,” said USDA Rural Development Community Programs Specialist, Luann Brown.
The project was funded through the USDA Rural Development Water and Waste Disposal Loan and Grant Program. Visit: http://www.rd.usda.gov/programs-services/water-waste-disposal-loan-grant-program/ne. The $415,000 loan is for 40 years at 2.875 percent rate of interest.
