USDA Rural Development staff is dedicated to assisting rural Ohioans through its housing, business, community, and water and environmental programs. Our mission is to increase economic opportunity and improve the quality of life for Ohio's rural communities and families. Rural Development has a State Office in Columbus and Area Offices in Findlay, Hillsboro, Marietta, and Massillon.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
