Housing Programs
Our Single Family Housing Programs give families and individuals the opportunity to buy, build, or repair affordable homes in rural America. Eligibility for these loans, loan guarantees, and grants is based on income and varies according to average median income in your area. We offer qualifying individuals and families the opportunity to purchase or build a new single family home with no money down, to repair their existing home, or to refinance their current mortgage under certain qualifying circumstances.

Community Facilities
Public bodies & non-profit organizations can use these funds to construct, expand or improve facilities that provide health care, education, public safety, and public services. Projects include fire and rescue stations, village and town halls, health care clinics, hospitals, adult and child care centers, assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, public buildings, schools, libraries, and many other community-based initiatives. Business Programs 
Business Programs provide financial backing and technical assistance to stimulate business creation and growth. The programs work through partnerships with public and private community based organizations and financial institutions to provide financial assistance, business development, energy efficiency and technical assistance to rural businesses. Water and Environmental Programs
Our Water and Environmental Programs (WEP) assist rural communities to obtain necessary financing to develop safe drinking water and waste disposal systems. These services are vital to not only public health, but also to the economic vitality of rural America.
