The USDA OneRD Guarantee Program consolidates several loan guarantee programs – Business & Industry, Community Facilities, Rural Energy for America, Timber Production Expansion, and Water and Waste Disposal –into a single application process making it easier for lenders to finance projects in rural communities.
The Lender Lens is a series of data visualizations that enhance transparency and visibility into the USDA’s Guaranteed Loan portfolio. These dashboards are designed for lenders, USDA staff, and other interested parties to view publicly available data to monitor performance, spot trends and proactively manage their loan guarantee portfolio with RD. It provides key metrics such as total loan volume, average size, loan distribution by sector, geographic spread, and delinquency rates.
These dashboard views represent the investments made over the last ten fiscal years and are available to be filtered and downloaded. The data are refreshed weekly with the current as of date listed in the visualizations. Please see the Data Dictionary if you have data-related questions.
