The Rural Development state office is in Harrisburg, with area offices in Allentown, Butler, Carlisle, Greensburg, Lebanon, Meadville, Mill Hall, Montoursville, and Tunkhannock. Bob Morgan is the state director. Since fiscal year 2021, USDA RD obligated $2.1 billion in the Commonwealth.
