(Concord, N.H., March 20, 2026) – During Maple Weekend, USDA Rural Development Vermont and New Hampshire State Director Patrick Suprunowicz has announced that two maple syrup producers will receive a total of $390,558 to strengthen their maple syrup businesses.

(Champaign, Ill., March. 23, 2026) – ProTek Fiber is installing 700 miles of fiber to provide direct fiber-to-the-home service for more than 10,000 households, farms, businesses, and community anchor institutions. ProTek Fiber secured a $21 million loan through Farmers State Bank of Alto Pass, guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, to bring fiber to rural residents in Franklin, Jackson, Johnson, Massac, Union, Williamson, and Saline counties.
