USDA Provides $5.3 Million for Sewer Upgrades in Standish

U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development State Director for Michigan Dom Restuccia has closed a $3,089,000 loan and $2,225,000 grant for sewer system upgrades in the city of Standish.

“This investment will ensure clean, reliable drinking water for the people of Standish,” said Restuccia. “Under the leadership of President Donald J. Trump and Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins, USDA Rural Development is committed to strengthening rural Michigan.” 

USDA Rural Development invests $11.5 million in 13 projects to advance economic development and expand the sale of renewable fuels in Iowa

(Des Moines, Iowa, April 7, 2026) – U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Iowa State Director Mike Sexton today announced the Agency is investing $11.5 million in 13 projects to advance economic development, promote value-added agricultural enterprises, support manufacturing and expand the sale of renewable fuel in Iowa.
 

USDA announces distance learning, telemedicine grant in Crittenden County

U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development Kentucky State Director Travis T. Burton announced an $853,043 distance learning and telemedicine grant in Crittenden County today.

“When we invest in rural Kentucky’s students, we invest in the future of rural Kentucky,” said Burton. “This grant will help Crittenden County students better prepare for college and career readiness, and it will help improve health care access. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Rollins, this investment will benefit the county for years to come.”
