Big Rivers Electric Corporation (Big Rivers) proposes to construct a Transmission Operations Center (TOC) Facility on a 46 acre site within a 113 acre parcel owned by Big Rivers. The TOC Facility, to be located in Owensboro, Kentucky, would enable Big Rivers to combine its existing Energy Transmission & Substation (ET&S) Facility; energy control, planning & compliance operations; engineering; and other support operations at one central location.
