Charles R. Lowman Energy Center Bridge Replacement Project
The PowerSouth Energy Cooperative (PowerSouth) proposes to construct a new access bridge to the Charles R. Lowman Energy Center (LEC) to replace the existing bridge. The proposed project site is located on PowerSouth-owned property at the east end of Carson Road in the City of Leroy, Washington County, Alabama.
