It provides affordable financing to develop or rehabilitate affordable rental housing for very-low income domestic, migrant, and seasonal farm laborers.
KS Coldwater Solar
Today’s Power, Inc. (TPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives, Inc., proposes to construct the 12-acre Coldwater Solar Facility. The proposed project site is near the intersection of CM Road 11 and CM Avenue H, near the City of Coldwater in Comanche County, Kansas.
