Project Description: The current site is a flat, open field that would require minimal grading. The disturbance of land would be limited to the approximately 20-acre Project area during construction. Activities associated with the construction, interconnection, and operation of the Project would take place within the approximately 20-acre Project area, and the effects of the summation of these actions are analyzed in this Environmental Review.
