We are committed to increasing economic opportunity and improving the quality of life for Ohio's rural families and communities. Our state office is in downtown Columbus, with area offices in Findlay, Hillsboro, Marietta, and Massillon. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
