All Ohio-based USDA Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) loan processing and activity transferred to the SFHGLP Origination and Processing Division as part of a new, nationally-integrated model. 

Lenders with application-specific questions for loans on properties located in Ohio should email: SFHGLP.OPD2@usda.gov

USDA Rural Development staff serves rural Ohioans with our business, community facilities, electric, housing, telecommunication, and water & environmental programs. We are committed to increasing economic opportunity and improving the quality of life for Ohio's rural families and communities. Our state office is in downtown Columbus, with area offices in Findlay, Hillsboro, Marietta, and Massillon.  Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
