RALEIGH, North Carolina, June 24, 2025 – To recognize the work of its top lending partners supporting rural homeownership USDA Rural Development announced the 2025 Lenders of the Year today.

These lenders helped rural families and individuals buy homes across the nation, including in North Carolina last year through USDA Rural Development’s Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program.

Nevada has had over a century of continuous population growth, creating a unique set of challenges in the housing space. Since 2010, Nevada has experienced a 17% increase in residents, outpacing national trends. The cost of living has increased exponentially, with the average home price in Nevada increasing by $148,000 over the past five years.
