
Victoria Collin
Acting Administrator for the Rural Business Cooperative Service
Victoria Collin has spent her career leading policy and programs that help Federal agencies drive results and center the voices of people they intend to serve. Victoria is the Deputy Administrator of USDA’s Rural Business-Cooperative Service. Before joining USDA she served as the Chief Operating Officer in the Office of Capital Access at the Department of Treasury, and previously worked in the White House Office of Management and Budget, where she held various roles in the Office of Federal Financial Management and the Office of the Director. Victoria began her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, where she worked with a group of artisans to form a cooperative. She has a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She lives in Washington, D.C, with her husband and three children.
