USDA Rural Development awarded $853,500 to the Rural Water District (RWD) No. 2 Boyd County, Nebraska. The RWD will provide leveraged funds of $550,000. The funds will be used to expand and extend the RWD service area to connect 70 new users.
"The Board and I are excited at the prospect of supplying more people with good, clean water," said Chairperson Richard Boettcher, RWD No. 2.
