Minnkota Power Cooperative, Inc. proposes to construct the Center to Grand Forks 345 kV Transmission Line on 260 miles along with substation upgrades. The proposed Project crosses portions of 12 counties in central and eastern North Dakota, which are Oliver, Burleigh, McLean, Sheridan, Wells, Foster, Eddy, Griggs, Nelson, Steele, Traill, and Grand Forks.
