Under the Rural Electrification Act of 1936, as amended, the Rural Utilities Service (RUS), is considering a request for loan financing from Bluestem Energy Solutions, LLC to construct a 15-acre, 2.00-Megawatt alternating current, 2.88-Megawatt direct current solar array. The solar project is proposed to be constructed on 15 acres located at North Main Street and 829th Road in Madison County, Nebraska.
