Sandhills Energy / SE Municipal Solar, LLC is proposing to construct the Waverly Community Solar project. It will be a solar energy generation facility on 26 acres in a 63.2-acre property near the intersection of Heritage Way and 10th Avenue SW in Bremer County, Iowa. It will connect to the City of Waverly’s electrical grid.
